JCube Condo Residence is set to bring a new wave of residential and commercial development to the Jurong Lake District (JLD) in Singapore. Located JCube Condo at the corner of Jurong East Central and Jurong Gateway Road, the development will add to the vibrancy of the area.
The condominium complex, set to be completed by 2021, will offer a selection of 1- to 4-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 550 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft. The development will also feature a retail podium, providing an array of dining and shopping options.
Residents of JCube Condo Residence will enjoy a host of modern amenities, from a 50m lap pool to a gymnasium and even a children’s playground. Green spaces, including a rooftop garden, are also available for residents who prefer to spend time outdoors.
Apart from the condominium complex, the development will also include a commercial component. This component will be one of the first of its kind in Jurong, offering a range of services and facilities for businesses in the area. These facilities include a business centre, meeting rooms and a co-working space.
The development is expected to be well-connected to the rest of Singapore, with a number of public transport options nearby. These include the Jurong East MRT station and bus services, as well as the upcoming Jurong Region Line and Cross Island Line, both of which will be completed by 2035.
When complete, JCube Condo Residence will be a vibrant hub for both residential and commercial activities in the JLD. With its convenient location, modern amenities and excellent connectivity, the development is set to become a popular destination for both residents and businesses alike.
The Jurong Lake District (JLD) is set to receive a new wave of residential and commercial development with the launch of JCube Condo in the second half of 2023. The 40-storey residential and commercial development will be situated at the site of the former JCUBE leisure and edutainment centre in the Jurong East region of Singapore.
Developed by CapitaLand Development (CLD), JCube Condo will be equipped with commercial space on the first and second storeys, and will be connected to the Jurong East MRT interchange, Westgate and IMM Building via a covered elevated pedestrian network known as J-Walk. Eventually, it will be linked to the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub, which boasts of a bus interchange, public library, community club and sports centre, among other amenities.
JCube Condo is expected to draw a great deal of interest from potential buyers due to its close proximity to amenities and recreational facilities, as well as its reasonable pricing range of an estimated S$2,000 to S$2,100 per square foot (psf). This is in line with the recent launch prices of developments outside the Central Region of Singapore.
The potential new launch of JCube Condo, along with other potential residential projects in the vicinity (including the 6.8-hectare mega white site on the confirmed list of the first half of the 2023 government land sales programme) will help to alleviate pent-up demand for housing in Jurong, given the lack of new launches in recent years.
The redevelopment of JCube for JCube Condo will also complement the Singapore government’s plans to bring new homes, along with businesses, recreational facilities and amenities to the JLD. This will provide a much-needed boost to the local economy, creating new employment opportunities and helping to support local businesses.
The launch of JCube Condo is sure to bring a new wave of residential and commercial development to the Jurong Lake District. With its close proximity to amenities and reasonable pricing, JCube Condo is sure to be a popular choice among potential buyers looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.
